Challenge
The client, offering an HRMS solution, needed a simpler way for users to generate reports. Previously, users had to navigate multiple menus to access and compile reports, which was time-consuming and inefficient. The goal was to enable users to create reports using natural, conversational English, making the process more intuitive and accessible.
Solution
We enhanced the HRMS platform with an AI-powered reporting feature. Users can now generate live data and charts simply by typing their requests in plain English. The system supports dynamic queries with filters, displays the top 10 chat histories, and allows users to provide feedback on results. This was achieved using Python, PyTorch, LLAMA7B, similarity models, React.js, Vector DB Chroma, and MySQL, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
Achievements
Users can now quickly generate comprehensive reports and visualisations without navigating traditional menus or relying on pre-existing templates. This has significantly reduced the time and effort required to access data, improving user satisfaction and efficiency across the HRMS platform.
